Fides Corporate Finance acted as sole financial advisor to the board of directors of Leone Film Group S.p.A. (“LFG”) in providing the Fairness Opinion relating to the transaction to set up a beneficiary of certain assets that would be partially (49%) sold to a vehicle (Vice Pictures) owned by one of LFG’s shareholders (LDMV Capital). The transaction in question is therefore one of ‘Major Significance’, approved by the LFG board of directors on 28 September 2021.
