The transaction saw the entry of a new corporate structure that has set itself the goal of supporting the nationwide development of a brand that is highly recognized for the quality of its product in the Abruzzo region. The increase in market share in the target segment will also pass through a strengthening of the operational and managerial structure to date represented only by the Ranieri family.
